The first sensation during the session was one of overwhelming peace.

When i went to speak, the cadence of my voice was low, deep and throaty, like how one feels upon waking after a beautiful nights sleep.

As her hands moved very gently over my head and were place in various positions, their were accompanying sensations in varying areas on my body. A low thrum in my throat and stomach, muscle twitches in my hand.

The most and I would say marvelous experience, was when I saw shadows of myself as a embryo, new born and then woman. Like I was traveling a time line and all the old programs were being released or evaluated for how they are serving me right now. What came out of this session, was I need to ask to have my needs met.

Not be afraid of being special, being outrageous, being me.

A renewed trust in the power of manifestation and a sense of new possibilities.

Clearer action has also been one of the gifts of this session.

 

I owe a debt of gratitude to my dear friend, one of the more courageous people i know.
